Returns, Damages, Exchanges, and Shortages:

All claims and exchanges must be made within 10 business days of receipt of goods.  We will not accept returns for cash, but we will be happy to exchange your returned goods or apply the credit towards a future purchase.  The customer must pay all freight charges on exchanges.  Garments with numbers, logos, or any other modifications/decorations/customization may not be returned.

We maintain the right to inspect returned merchandise to determine whether replacement or adjustment is valid.  Be sure to inspect your merchandise.  The merchandise left the factory in perfect condition.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.  Please state date of purchase, invoice number, and reason for return.  A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued and must appear on all shipping labels.  All returns must be shipped prepaid; no C.O.D. will be accepted.  Any damaged goods may be returned but must follow our return policy.  If merchandise is returned after the 10-day inspection period, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Goals and large field equipment should be inspected upon delivery.  In the event you need to return or exchange a new or defective goal, please contact Customer Service for shipping instructions.  Due to the special handling required on the goals and large field equipment, a 25% restocking fee will be applied on all returns or exchanges.
