Shipping and Returns




Once your order has been fully processed (depending on qty, stock, customization, etc.) average UPS ground shipping:
Eastern: 4 to 5 business days.
Central: 3 to 5 business days.
Mountain: 3 to 4 business days.
Pacific: 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping charges are based on method, weight and destination.


If a shipment is refused, the customer will be charged for all freight and handling charges. A restocking charge of 15% will be applied.
Credit will be applied to the customer’s account which can be applied to future orders. Any further orders will be prepaid only. Decorated or customized items will not be credited.

All claims and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. We will not accept returns for cash, but we will be happy to exchange your returned goods or apply the credit towards a future purchase. The customer must pay all freight charges on exchanges. Garments with numbers, logos, or any other modifications/decorations/customization may not be returned. We maintain the right to inspect returned merchandise to determine whether the replacement or adjustment is valid. Be sure to inspect your merchandise. The merchandise left the factory in perfect condition.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please state date of purchase, invoice number, and reason for return. A return authorization number (RAN) will be issued and must appear on all shipping labels. All returns must be shipped prepaid, no C.O.D. will be accepted. Any damaged goods may be returned but must follow our return policy. If merchandise is returned after the 10-day inspection period, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Customer is responsible for freight charges on both exchanges and returns.
