A: Production/processing time is separate from shipping timeframes. Unfortunately, there is no way to speed up production time.

Q: What is the difference between EZ Saver and Ground shipping?

A: EZ saver shipping is USPS Priority mail shipping. While ground ships through UPS.

Q: I placed an order last night but forgot to add 1 product. Can I add it to my current order?

A: Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to modify online orders once they have been placed by the customer. We would need to cancel so you may re-order.

Q: How will I know that my order has been placed?

A: An email confirmation of your purchase will be sent to you shortly after the order has been submitted. This will assure you that the order has been placed and provide a copy of the order for your records.
